SECTION 2 — PRODUCT COMPOSITION INFORMATION

* TRADE SECRET – PROPRIETARY FORMULA. Specific chemical identities are withheld as a trade secret under the provisions of OSHA hazard communication standard 29 CFR 1910.1200. A blend of synthetic lubricity compounds, anti surface tension compounds and a refrigerant catalyst.

Exposure Limits: None Listed
Potential Health Effects: May be harmful by ingestion, or skin absorption. May cause eye and/or skin irritation. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. Exposure can cause nausea, headache, and vomiting.
Cancer Information (IARC, NTP, ACGIH): Not listed as a carcinogen.
Primary Route(s) of Entry: Skin absorption, eye contact, prolonged inhalation.
Toxicity Data:

  • Oral-rat LD50: 15,400 mg/kg; practically non-toxic
  • Dermal-rabbit LD50: 3,100 mg/kg; practically non-toxic
  • Inhalation-rat LD50: 3.1 mg/; no effects observed
  • “Does not contain substances on the list of toxic materials”

SECTION 4 — EFFECTS OF OVEREXPOSURE

No known long term effects. The toxicological properties of this material are practically non-toxic.

SECTION 5 — EMERGENCY & FIRST–AID PROCEDURES

Skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash exposed area with soap and water. Launder clothing before reuse.
Eyes: Immediately flush eyes gently with water for at least 15 minutes while holding eyelids apart.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting; Wash out mouth with water provided person is conscious. Seek medical attention.
Inhalation: No hazard. Prolonged inhalation my cause irritation.

Incompatability: Avoid contact with strong acids, oxidizing agents, open flame, pure oxygen.

Extinguishing Media: Water fog, dry chemical, carbon dioxide, foam.
Hazardous Decomposition Products: Fire conditions can product toxic fumes of carbon monoxide and
phosphorous oxides and peroxides.
Special Fire-Fighting Procedures: As in any fire, wear human protecting clothing and self-contained
breathing apparatus in positive pressure mode with confined face piece.
Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards: This product is not defined as flammable or combustible.

SECTION 9 — HANDLING, STORAGE, AND DISPOSAL

Handling: Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact. Wash thoroughly after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Avoid ingestion.
Use in a well ventilated area. If mist is formed or exposure limit of product is exceeded, use of a NIOSH / MSHA approved respirator is advised.
Wear resistant gloves; safety glasses or splash goggles are advised. Do not take any food or drink, or handle tobacco products while in contact with this product as this may lead to accidental ingestion.

Storage: Containers should be stored in a under 149 °F, dry location away from foodstuffs to avoid accidental ingestion. Do not store near heat, flame, strong oxidants. Maintain adequate ventilation.

Spill and Leak Procedures: Do not permit product to enter streams, sewers, or other waterways. Eliminate all ignition sources. Dike spill and eliminate leak. Absorb with vermiculite or other absorbent. Transfer absorbent to closed containers for proper disposal.

Disposal: Dispose of in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations. This product according to the EPA’s criteria, is not listed as hazardous waste (RCRA) CFR 261.
